We’ve spent more than 40 years on roofs across the Illawarra, and we bring that to every job, whether it’s a single cracked tile or a full restoration.

Roof Restoration
An ageing roof usually has plenty of life left in it. We clean it back, replace broken tiles, re-point the ridge caps and re-coat the whole surface. You end up with a roof that seals properly again and a house that looks years younger from the street.

Roof Repairs
Leaks, cracked or slipped tiles, storm damage, rusted flashing. We find the actual cause instead of patching the symptom, and we get it watertight before the next downpour.

Roof Maintenance
A yearly once over catches the small stuff while it’s still cheap to fix. We inspect the roof, clear the debris, check the pointing and flashings, and tell you honestly what needs doing and what can wait.

Cool Roof Coatings
Heat reflective coatings keep the roof surface cooler in summer, which takes some load off your air con and slows down UV damage to the roof itself. Useful on any home that cops full afternoon sun.

Whirlybird Installation
Hot, damp air trapped in a roof cavity causes mould, timber rot and higher cooling bills. Whirlybirds vent it out. We work out how many your roof needs and fit them properly so they don’t leak or rattle.

Fascia and Gutters
Blocked, rusted or sagging gutters send water where it shouldn’t go, into your eaves, your walls and eventually your foundations. We repair or replace guttering, downpipes and fascia so the water runs off the way it’s meant to.

Concrete Tile Roof Solutions
Concrete tile roofs last decades if they’re looked after. We replace cracked tiles, re-bed and re-point ridge caps, and re-seal the surface so the roof stays strong and looks the part.

Roof Repointing
The ridge capping is where most tile roofs start leaking. We remove the failing mortar, re-bed the caps and re-point with flexible pointing that moves with the roof instead of cracking apart in a few seasons.

Roof Pressure Cleaning
Moss, lichen and grime hold moisture against your tiles and take years off the roof. A proper pressure clean lifts all of it, and it’s the first step before any coating or restoration work.

Iron Roof Solutions
Repairs, re-screwing, rust treatment and re-coating for Colorbond and iron roofs, along with full replacements. Coastal air is hard on metal, and we know how to treat it.
